Company open day introduces university graduates to Ronghe operations

On December 13, 2025, Ronghe took part in a company open day, opening production, quality-control and role-related areas to 52 university graduates and helping visitors understand real operations inside a food-fermentation manufacturer.
The activity centered on site visits, role discussions and face-to-face exchange. Visitors entered production and quality-control areas to understand requirements around safety practices, quality awareness, on-site coordination and foundational skills.
For Ronghe, the company open day is both a talent engagement activity and a window into production management, quality systems and employee development. Through on-site exchange, more young talent can understand yeast manufacturing, quality testing and production support roles.
Ronghe will continue to invest in its talent pipeline and front-line capability building, supporting stronger teams across production, quality, R&D and service.
